Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AI Kitchen Design. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for one-time design packs, credits, HD downloads, and remodel report purchases.

Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility

A refund may be eligible when:

• The request is submitted within 10 days of purchase.
• No more than 10% of purchased credits or design outputs have been used.
• The request clearly identifies the purchase email or order reference.
• The issue cannot reasonably be resolved by restoring credits, regenerating failed outputs, or providing support.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a system or provider error, we may restore the affected credits or provide a replacement generation. Free previews and promotional credits have no cash value.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined when:

• The request is outside the refund period.
• Most or all credits or outputs have been used.
• HD or no-watermark files have already been downloaded and delivered.
• The purchase has already been refunded.
• We detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aikitchendesign.ai with:

• The purchase email address
• The order, invoice, or payment reference if available
• A short explanation of the issue

We review refund requests as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days.
